{"id":1588,"date":"2025-03-24T01:42:27","date_gmt":"2025-03-24T00:42:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/decide-tb.com\/?p=1588"},"modified":"2025-03-27T09:02:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T08:02:08","slug":"check-out-our-decide-tb-newsletter-n3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/decide-tb.com\/pt-br\/check-out-our-decide-tb-newsletter-n3\/","title":{"rendered":"Check out our Decide TB Newsletter n\u00b03 !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">\n<p style=\"font-size: 1.2em; margin-top: 2em; font-weight: bold;\"><strong>As we commemorate World TB Day this March 24, please find our newsletter n\u00b03.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top: 2em; margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">EDITORIAL<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">\nAs the National TB Programs in Mozambique and Zambia continue deploying the Treatment Decision Algorithms (TDAs) in new pilot districts and as the Decide TB trial continues data collection, both countries and the overall Global Health community are facing a major crisis due to funding freeze on American international aid including the termination of USAID programs. <\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">The Decide-TB project is directly impacted through the cessation of collaborative activities contributing to decentralized TB services and procurement challenges to support NTP activities in both countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">Frontline health care workers are already experiencing major challenges in sustaining the delivery of quality care, and the worst epidemiological predictions and negative public health impact on TB epidemics, morbidity and mortality in children &#038; adults, are to be expected.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top: 1em; margin-left: 10%; width: 80%;\">As we commemorate World TB Day on March 24, it is more than ever time to claim, together with the global TB community that: <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u201cYes!
